I was watching a hindi movie ... black friday ... well though i hv lost interest in movies ... it was smthing else which i was gathering ....
I love observing human and their behaviour towards a situation ... human behaviour is so intense that it sometyms its overwhelming ... so complicated yet so straight that it baffles me ... but in evry persons behaviour i hv seen a battle of head and heart ... a person behaviour depends upon who wins the battle ...
ur brain knows and rationalizes evything but ur heart may be knws it but doesn't accept/believe it ... till it knws for sure and vice versa ...
no matter how much ur brain tries to convince it ur heart gets what it wants at the end ... brain may win many battles but heart wins thewar ... and this i hv seen happen wid so many ppl ... the battle between head n heart is cause of most of good bad n ugly happenings in this world ...
i hv read smwhere u r at peace wen ur head n heart wnts the same thing ... i think u r at peace even wen one of the two is stronger .. but if both hv their say its chaotic ... mind is more like maths where 2+2 will always be 4 ... but heart is more like literature when one sentence can hv so many meanings that debates can go on for weeks ...
few hv stronger heart and few stronger brain ... few think few feel ... few think their feeling .. and few feel their thinking .... how we respond to any situation i believe depends feel / think ratio.
like i said earlier winning is one aspect but being rite is another aspect ... how do u knw u r thinking rite or u r feeling rite ... i guess there is no straight answer to this ... it has to be experienced ... and it depends upon the perspective ... and it again depends on smthing else ...
i hv tried to think thru a combination for me (whic kinda wrks for me almost evrytym correctly) ... i think subconciously evrybody also tries 2 hv sm kinda wrkin model or 2 reach an equilibrium..
hope evrybody finds the 'right' equilibrium ...

Some people say mind is always correct and others say that heart always gives you the right direction.
I think that your heart is related to your emotions and in emotions a human being can do mistakes where as brain always think correct atleast it knows what is correct/incorrect. The problem is that you can never seperate the two they go hand in hand.
It depends on the particular situation which one overhelms the other and that is what defines the human nature.
I have different opinion to share...people are hypocrites..they always know what is correct but they like to blame somethng for thier decision-so they say its brain or heart which was @ fault...our conscience always works and it keeps us telling the right thing -it is the individual's selfish thoughts
which overpowers his/her decision.
people r never ready to face the truth ... some times it is good and sometimes it is bad .. but i beleive one should follow his mind ...
There are Legislations in place but that doesn't stop People from committing crimes like the Aarushi Murder case etc...
A Person who commits the Crime convinces himself first that whatever he is doing is right be it a Terrorist or a Gangster like Dawood or for that matter even Hitler.
Right or Wrong is a Matter of Subjective Perception rather than an Objective Orientation.

Hey..seriously I agree with you. Our brains and hearts are involved in the opinion of legitimacy and liking. I feel we should try to get into a legal rational thinking and empirical thinking in any case and in any time. We should try to be wondersfully balanced. Great work Savitri. Great super.

Heart and mind both have their place. Sometimes its better left to them to run your life..and sometimes you have to take control and sit in the driver's seat.
The problem i face everyday is both of them are good drivers, but heart wants you to take good roads, easy shortcuts and safe byways. whereas mind, is a cool rider ready to go beyond speed limits, not afraid to get into accidents and enjoys getting up, sitback, and push that gas padel! once again!
people follow their heart to satify their wishes no matter whether the mind is giving approval or not, its the heart which pushes n lures them toward their wishes which can never be satisfied,if one wish is fullfilled the second will arise n the process will go on n on.So exploring satisfaction by following the heart is an illusion.If one wants to achieve actual satisfaction then he/she would have to train their mind to overcome from the temptations of the heart n follow only those wishes which get approval from the mind .
What we call heart is in effect the emotional side of our mind. So i think the formula is not between heart and mind but between what dominates the mind (logic or emotions). To me both are important but emotion is slightly more dangerous as it can cloud logic. Logic on the other hand though called logic unfortunatley has to carry all the baggage that comes with being logical i.e. when emotion goes hell bent on winning an argument logic gives up purely becuase arguing with ones emotions in such a state sound illogical for the poor logic. Its like the mother who finally gives up to the whims of her by now rolling in the mud and crying out loud child, eventhough she has a perfectly valid point. Therefore, Logic always lacks the influence and power wealded by emotion. Hence we often find logical people powerless and powerful people illogical. I would like to know a politician how has won an election based on pure logic.
